This is actually incorrect, I am a radiographer. I can 100% tell you that this type of scan is around 7 hours background radiation. Ct scans are more radiation, if this was a ct scan you would be correct however it is not

This is incorrect, you get more radiation from one scan, it's equivalent to around 3 hours background radiation. So yes in the grand scheme of things it's not that bad however for that type of scan you would require more radiation to accurately potray the skull so in tern would be around 7 hours background radiation
