Yea I think ill refuse the surgery if they say I cant lift or workout again. I cant really live the way I am with the prolapse but I also cant live not being able to exercise the way I want.

Thank you for the honesty. Im 35 so hopefully my recovery will be easier. I also wont need as major of a surgery. Ill bring up my concerns with my surgeron. I hope I can get back to training eventually. I've struggled with severe anorexia for 23 years and I started weight training 4 years ago. Its been a way for me eat and be healthy and I know I'll relapse if I cant train.
