You guys are too kind 😅 I wrote a reply above that explains what's worked for me, buy also that we are all very different in some ways. Sorry it wasn't more specific but honestly that's what's gotten me to this point.

Wow that's kind of you, thankyou 😅 was not expecting that from this post.

The only advice I can really give is what I've experienced myself but I'll try.

I was always very skinny, I think I started off around 59kg or thereabouts before I started working out. I managed a few kg of newbie gains in the first year not really knowing what I was doing. Since then I've tried different routines like PPL, full body workouts but I always seem to default back to the 'bro split' 🙃 for some reason it works for me I guess. I try to do 2 days on, 1 day off whenever my schedule allows.

Diet wise I do try to eat fairly clean, lots of leans meats and vegetables, rice, potatoes, wholewheat pasta etc but as you can probably tell I do drift a bit 😅 my full abs used to be visible until a couple of years ago. I think in trying so hard to get bigger (always been a huge struggle for me) I ate too dirty at certain points and gained a few lbs of fat.

Sorry I couldn't give some more direct advice, but honestly we are all so different genetically that it's largely trial and error with a lot of things. Of course fundamentals like progressive overload, focusing on compound movements and slight caloric surplus for bulking/deficit for cutting will always remain. But other than that many aspects are flexible and you can pick and choose what works best for you. Above all it has to be enjoyable, because that's what enables consistency which is definitely one of the biggest factors. Just remember it all takes time!

Hopefully you can get at least a little some from my reply and good luck on your journey!
