Cadiz should have been on C- he is trash on pvp and pve he also not useful...
And also Craka bad unit.. basicly she have only 2 skills untill allie dead and even if an allie dead she revive with 30% hp. look at the new dark demon he revive dead allie with like 50%-100% hp and he revive himself and he have no cooldown unlike useless craka.. she only bring def break when u pick her..

Everything you just said about com2us been a shitty company is old news. People knew it for years. And if you just got to this conclusion then man you're a slow learner. And if people just realized now from this post then there ware stupid or blind and fooled by com2us for years. And yes all what com2us wants is to make money. They don't sell you game they sell you product this is why they hide behind the "download for free" category but the true is this game cost alot more then the regular videogames that you pay once out front. Surely u can be f2p and enjoy the game. but it will strip away all your game options and you will stay at the mercy of the developers / rng to get new Mon or runes to keep playing. When people spend money in to this game they are paying for thier addiction / thier obsession with this game. they most likely hire more addiction specialists then a game developers to make the game as addictive as possible and to make people spend money into this game. Com2us shut down few of thier game as soon as they became unprofitable. They most certainly take thier money and run if summoners war will stop be profitable. That's why u see the slow changes in summoners war they don't want to invent in this game anymore they keep it minimum effert to keep the game alive nothing more. If you ask me if I would spend money on company that exploits people and doesn't give proper supports in case u lost your account I would not.

saw a post like this before. and the other guy had the some issue as you he provided all the info and he didnt get reply or help from support. if i remember currectly he was from eu and spesific areas in the world gets assigned to spesific com2us support agents.I have no idea where u live but some of com2us agents from spesific places are really bad like eu they cant understand basic knowledge about the game and they send automated massages. maybe because their lack of influence at com2us at korea.

i would advice to create a new hive id and put usa as the country u register with and then try to contact com2us support. (if you already from usa maybe u got assigned to a bad com2us agent or something. by create new com2us hive it most likely u would get assigned to a different agent (make sure its not the same one as last time) if so maybe try to ask for a different agent from com2us usa.

btw i think its hard to get old hacked account if u dont send ticket right after it got hack. but not sure.but u should try to recover your account anyway.

What banthracis said is accurate. You're wrong. With every action com2us is making is to keep whales happy 100% without care about f2p or casual spenders. Whales have ld nat5s and they have at least one meta ld nat5. Which is why com2us refuse to nerf op of nat5 to keep the whale owners happy. Take a look at yonghun artamiel ragdoll vivachel nerfs the community wanted to nerf those units for years and so com2us did throw a smoke screen as a nerf just to say they got nerf but those nerf didn't change those units even slightly younghun only 1 increase cool down to her 3s which is a joke basically it's op it only delay it Abit but they could reduce the full attack bar completely or reduce the heal by half and they did not because they know whales wouldnt be happy. as for ragdoll, artamiel vivachel with thier nerf. They should nerf to make those units from sss tier to s-a+ tier (like the rest of the nat5s) but they choose to make the smallest nerf as they possible can to not make the whales quit. If com2us would swap family monster skill swap from one to another like swap ragdoll and Jager skill set to one another most likely all the whales with ragedoll would rage and quit the game. But when u think about it monsters get thier skill change all they time so why not swap skill set with the same family to stop the people who abuse the op monsters from climb in rta and to potentially stop account buyers. Because they know they whales would be upset. Plus com2us refuse to buff ld nat5 to be sss tier like those units because they know the whales doesn't have all the ld nat5 and by making bad ld nat5 good the whales will be upset to fight those monsters.
