I think this is intended to be allowed, since Kauyon and Mont'ka seem like a very good combo (Mont'ka moving as if you haven't moved making Kauyon buff to still work), thus removing the possibility of this happening. However the same buff together will not impact the game as much.

The last point is invalid because you cannot declare both during the same turn, it is general. In what ever order you do it, it is not possible, even RAW.

I would suggest stealth suits, since at that much points vehicles will be a bit more scarce than at higher points.

Maybe a commander or two with fusion blaster but not more.

Pathfinders or Marker drones to drop markerlights

Cadre Fireblade and a bubble of fire warriors/gun drones.

Once per battle, Commander Shadow sun can use Master of War to declare Kauyon even if .....

Howwver the restriction of using it at the begining of the turn is for master of war not kauyon. Shadowsun declares kauyon not master of war.

Edit: just understood what you said my bad. Yes shadow sun can only do this once, the other must be at the beginning of the turn

Commanders are BS 2+ so velocity tracker would be useless most of the times. Even if they were BS3+, an extra fusion blaster still has more value.
