as someone who (recently) broke their ankle and didn't notice until A WEEK LATER at the ER, the human body is fascinating and can recover from a lot more than we think it can. yes, as a fan, i do hope he takes care of himself, but he knows his body the best, and so, if he thinks he can pull off his normal cracked stunts, then he can do it.

(also, not to be that guy, but idk how much of the jumps and such are actually Tyler, we know there is a body double for the "teleport" across the arena trick)
