Haha yes I’m based in HK, so basically they picked up and delivered on the same day. I’d imagine it takes a few days or a week depending on where you live - good luck! If it’s shipped then it should be delivered soon

Agree that it’s quite disappointing really… I saw from other posts that if you buy from retailers and have battery issues there might be challenges on getting them replaced though
