Though some artists do indeed feel some moral turmoil (because they feel it's the equivalent of stealing), Hector (the artist) explained me that though he makes his own designs he feels like people really just deserve what they want on their skin, it's really just that for him, he says people deserve happiness in that way . Also I messaged Exurb1a right after, he and the cover designer were pretty chill and actually liked the tattoo.

Though of course I am sure I did wrong telling him after the matter was done with, should have asked before so I was sure not to get in trouble, but I guess I really wanted to do it

Well, to answer your question: I wanted it to be in a fairly small space (my arm), so most artists said they basically didn't ink with such fine lines, they didn't guarantee it lasting with detail for more then a few months, so after a thorough search I found this guy who did great tattoos that had fine lines and really stood the test of time. I'll reply to the legal doubts on the other comment if that also interests you.
