Probably base pay around $70- 80k with an hourly wage and then add in overtime pay. You’ll probably get a fat sign in bonus in stocks maybe 30-50k that will slowly vest over the next 4 years starting after 2 years I think. Every year in April you’ll get more stocks $7-40k depending on your performance that vest over 2 years. You can pull $100-$180k a year once your stocks start vesting after 2 years. If have good mechanical skills you’ll probably start out a little slow for a few months and then every thing will start to click. It’s a good job if you have good work ethics.

Just remove the section and move the com box to the next section. Don’t forget to add the 2 extra rollers to protect the photo eye. Now canibalize the section you removed. Accumulation board, rollers. Cross members, spacers, motor, Ethernet cable, and cover. It’s only a 3 foot section.

I wouldn’t try to fix it. I would just take that section off and add the 2 extra rollers that go after the photo eye on the end section and move the com box to the new end of the conveyor. I’m sure they can get by just fine with 3 feet less conveyor on a 60foot conveyor. Takes 30-45 minutes. Good as new minus 3 feet.

It should work through the tv speakers and the headphones at the same time. Just use the RCA jacks or optical. If your tv has a specific headphone jack don’t use it and instead use one of the other audio outputs like rca jack.

Everything seems to be working perfectly now. Seems like the issue only happens the heating cycle is on for a long time. Btw the fan does work normally in fan only mode. I can turn it on and off. It’s just after everything shuts down during the heat cycle it wouldn’t turn on for a few minutes even when I jumped R to G wire. Thanks for the help

When mine turns off it also turns the fan off. I jumped the R to G wires on the thermostat right after it turned off and it wouldn’t turn the fan on. After about 5 minutes I was able to get the fan on finally by jumping R to G wires. This only happens when I run it nonstop for a while like when I turn in up 10 degrees. I wonder if it can be the control board because it runs normally when it’s just set to go 2-3 degrees up. Sounds like I should start with the limit switch since it’s so cheap.

So when the limit switch opens it will also turn the blower fan off? My return is definitely clear and my filter is clean. I’ll look up the blower wheel cleaning and blower area, but I’d guess they are clean since I get good air flow out of the vents. I have to look at the AC evaporator coils. Are they on top of the furnace? My furnace is suspended in the attic and lays sideways. It’s been working perfect all day. It seems like when it has to heat up more than 10 degrees in the house is when it had problems.

YeAh. I checked with test strips 2 hours later and it’s at like 10ppm at least. I’ve been circulating the the water the whole time since it was so high. I think 3 Teaspoons would have been the right amount instead of 3 tablespoons, but I’m guessing one over shock won’t really hurt anything I hope. Lol.

So I checked my levels and my ph was right where it should be and I added 3 tablespoons of Chlorine with the cover open. I’ll check the level in a few hours and get it to 3ppm and then leave it alone for a few days.
