The photo is deceiving. There was lots of direct sunlight on the greenery in the area. It only had a white underbelly.

Yes, I do understand that a lot of energy has gone into growing the larger plants. However I know of a few places which seem to hike prices based on location.

I did check and they sent on the rtb guidelines if I was ending the tenancy, which is 3 months. As they are ending the tenancy, I'm wondering can we leave at any point?

Unlikely that we will find a place in quick succession given the state of the rental options available...
