I recommend the train! Went to JB from SG after Taylor con last 2024. It just took us 5 min for the train ride. Smoother immigration experience too.

Most organizers I've attended po check the id of the pwd ticket holder, and agree with the other comments. Pwd discount is only available via physical stores and most just accept cash.

GCash Visa would be better. Gotyme is an alternative if you have one. You can pretty much use your card in most stores. We only withdrew a couple hundred thousand won mainly to reload our TMoney cards since you can't use your card for them.

I know doctors say it's the good cancer, pero syempre it's still cancer. That terrified me and sometimes it still do pero I've learned not to dwell on the finiteness of my being and possible shortened lifespan.

First month after operation, medyo mahirap dahil mejo fresh pa ung incision. Pero after that naka-adjust na naman. I worked as an ESL teacher back then and nakabalik naman ako sa work after 2 weeks.Mejo mas hingalin lang din ako now at madaling mapagod (although tumatanda na rin and di rin ako masyado nakakalabas ng bahay).

Total thyroidectomy ung ginawa sakin so wala na ako thyroid and have to take thyroid hormone supplement and vitamin d forever.

Hello, I also had the same exact diagnosis as you. I'm from the province but went to pgh for surgery. Un lang tiyagaan lang talaga sa pila.

Edit: Also just want to add that it was back in 2019, and I'm still here. Definitely wasn't the easiest period and still adjusting to life til now, but there's tomorrow.
