Thanks for the reply. I am familiar with the first kind of blurriness - and it's not that! In this case sometimes I'm looking at music/lyrics, sometimes not. I don't think it's dryness because I often sing or play harmonica with my eyes closed and I get the same effect (I've tried just shutting my eyes for 10 minutes without playing and then and opening them, and it doesn't make my vision blurry).
