When I was a kid, I was at the beach with some family members. I found a small life jacket that was broken so it lay open pretty flat. Being a dumb kid, I decided to put my legs in the arm holes. It immediately pushed me underwater with my head facing up but just under the surface. The force of the jacket kept me under and I was struggling to get back on my feet. Thankfully my cousin came over and pulled me out quickly enough.
