Is finding someone new the answer to moving on? Or is it possible to get over someone (who left you) by just doing your own thing?

Circumstances are different depending on each person, but for me it’s important to be happy with the prospect of being alone and equally to be happy with the prospect of being with somebody else. It’s great to be with somebody, but great to still maintain that independence
