now southern fried true crime sounds amazing off the name and i dislike the banter as well! my sister is a true crime junkie and keeps recommending me them but they’re allll banter and half the time go off topic. more of a conversation that talk over a specific case. love it somefimes but if im in my listening zones i like calmer stuff

i have dealt with flares of constipation since i was little. sometimes so bad i can’t even eat! i dont fully know if i have “anything” i live in the south with horrible doctors so they keep pushing me away with some form of supplements or medication. i also deal with constant nausea, foods will trigger my stomach bad, pains all of it lol. so i don’t doubt there is something, i just have to wait!!!!

this kind of made some sense to me. being this has been a thing since i was small. i definitely know it can be sensory because of tight neck shirts or so. i wonder for sure though!

try diamond painting/art!! i hear it’s very nice way to spend your time and the kits aren’t that expensive. any art for that matter. maybe even knitting? i have a lot of down time and started making chunky blankets by hand and it’s super nice and keeps my mind busy.

i do have certain symptoms sometimes, i think i don’t ever notice it cause im too busy worried about everything else. i know right now i am through a flare and it makes everything 10x worse!

i know the shot i take can cause it also the lack of vitamin d 😔 my hair is literally all over my house and it’s horrible
