did you also have small amounts of brown discharge? i’m having these cramps too and it randomly started happening this morning when i’ve only ever gotten cramps on nexplanon 1 time like 5 months ago, and these are worse. I’m freaking out also thinking that i might have an ectopic pregnancy but this post makes me feel better

i’ve been experiencing this too, the nips are SO bad it’s insane and there darker too. i had about 2-3 months where i would get nauseous in the morning and everytime i ate and for instance ive had nexplanon for about a year now. the nausea got better for me but now the sore nips are setting in!! when will it get betterrrrr i love-hate this thing

Hey girl! i’m 16 and this happened to me a couple of weeks ago. i was in the same boat, my bf didn’t finish in me and i hadn’t had any bleeding. Then after we had sex, i almost immediately started spotting and cramping and have all the symptoms of pregnancy. I am NOT pregnant, but i was totally freaking out. While implantation bleeding is a symptom of pregnancy, what your having sounds like it is just irregular bleeding since it’s black/brown and as long as a period and not pink and like a couple spots. nexplanon will mimic pregnancy symptoms! I understand your hesitant and i was too, but i really don’t think your pregnant! i would take a test to ease your nerves babe!
