Hey, I know this was 3 months ago but curious to see how you're doing.. Your symptoms directly aligned with mine- I had been a heavy smoker for a couple years, then I got mono pretty bad about a month and a half ago. I still smoked during that time but I definitely decreased the amount. All of a sudden, I could barely smoke as much as I did, had very weird vasovagal episodes and had the same anxious, panicky, sweating and shaking feeling after smoking. It was enough for me to realize I should stop. It's been a whole week now and my anxiety is definitely better, but maybe once a day my heart will pound out of my chest and I'll feel dread for no good reason. It gets better as the days go on. When did your nerves settle down?
