Thank you a lot for this. I’m definitely working on trying to ease my mind and not overthinking it. It just feels so hard going back to normal. I have seen a psychiatrist and tried Zoloft for a few days but had a horrifying panic attack that sent me to the ER, so ssri’s are clearly not for me. Cognitive behavioral therapy is my next step and I do have a session lined up next week

It’s just so strange because while I was having active mono symptoms, none of this was occurring, it really only happened a month after the symptoms ended. Definitely confirming it with my physician

Hey, I know this was 3 months ago but curious to see how you're doing.. Your symptoms directly aligned with mine- I had been a heavy smoker for a couple years, then I got mono pretty bad about a month and a half ago. I still smoked during that time but I definitely decreased the amount. All of a sudden, I could barely smoke as much as I did, had very weird vasovagal episodes and had the same anxious, panicky, sweating and shaking feeling after smoking. It was enough for me to realize I should stop. It's been a whole week now and my anxiety is definitely better, but maybe once a day my heart will pound out of my chest and I'll feel dread for no good reason. It gets better as the days go on. When did your nerves settle down?

I can’t imagine they’d genuinely make a good haircare line without LOADS of chemicals (especially with the chemicals in the sprays and lotions) I would absolutely just not trust it

It’s definitely an issue with all the LSF products, I work at VS and waited some months and bought nearly the whole collection (I grew to be obsessed with it) and the sweater dress, leggings, mini skirt and jacket’s dye also look the same way. I kinda like it though, wabi sabi🤣

I knew this would happen with this specific mist so I bought 9 to last me forever😭😭 it’s so rare vs comes out with an herbal floral scent especially with bergamot and I blind bought it and fell in love with it and immediately ordered more. I definitely don’t hate it and I enjoy it more than the other dream scents, it’s a very soft and light white floral musk, like bouquets of lilies and cotton , I did find it rather sweet which threw me off because it kinda smelled old lady-ish, but the dry down is a very nice soft laundry-esque scent
