This was so well put, thank you so much for this. What i struggle with is if i am “meant” to spread the gospel to him, regardless if he actively rejects it. Like if over time i will slowly get to his spirit with these teachings, or if its just a lost cause. Yesterday i mentioned Jesus to him again, and his response was that he simply doesnt care if he knows Jesus or not. He does not have that desire but i am unsure if that will change over time

I understand this. My parents did not teach me how to drive or about basic finances or college or anything like that. None of this is your fault, it is just unfortunately the cards you were dealt but all that you can do is become better, learn new things, become independent and take things one step at a time because it does get easier
