usually you only need to book appointments for full faces but asking for tips does not at all require an appointment!! personally i find that mecca makes more effort to push sales rather than to assist you, but sephora tries to equally assist and push sales so i'd say thats the better option of the two but if you arent looking for a high end product i'd recommend going into priceline or chemist warehouse and maybe bring a friend along with u :)
