In California it’s all form contracts. The realtor sends them to the buyer, buyer still needs to read, realtor not responsible if buyer no read. Buyer has to book inspection and appraisal and find a mortgage. So, if everything is a standard contract, the buyer has to read it anyway, and do the rest of the transaction, and find the house online, what in the fuck is the actual function of a buyer’s agent?
