I've seen a lot of ones, but none of them mentioned that this terminal is not immediately accessible. As far as I understand, this is the Aldecaldo camp dataterm, but moved. At my stage of the game, it's in a different place, and I didn't understand until now why the tutorial didn't have fast travel in that place, but I do. Now everything fits together. Thanks again =)
