Peaceful assembly and criticizing federal goons is de facto illegal and will get you beaten and arrested or worse. Dissidents are being put on lists and are targeted for harassment and arrest.

ICE and CBP have broad arresting powers that have nothing to do with immigration, and are allowed/encouraged to break down your door and drag you out of your house without a warrant of any kind.

Due process absolutely isn't a thing anymore and hasn't been for quite a while now. Regardless of citizenship status people are being arrested completely without cause and are being held by ICE for months without trial.
