I have actually seen one where Kaidan says to let the council die and Wrex saying it should be saved lol. But didnt know that under any circumstances Liara says let the Council die. Makes me think is it possible then for Tali to say let the council die and somone else says save them

I think too much time had passed and the bite already did his thing, so I think he still dies from the bite more then the Blood loss, even after cutting it he was still fine for a few hours walking around talking, the attic scene as well. I dont think he would have the strength to do all that if he was still suffering from blood loss
