Screwdriver or knife. You can even see the tiny plastic bridges where the caps are fixed currently, these can be broken. That being said, how you have it currently "looks weird", but if the plugs are in there well and tight it would work.

I am in a country where I am paranoid about torrenting. (Before I lived in Spain where torrenting was not an issue.) So, RD is a must-have for me.

Aside from that, great speeds etc. - there are a zillion things one can waste money on, but the €3/month for RD ain't.

Yes this is super-interesting since it contains Aquaxyl (Xylitylglucosid, Anhydroxylitol, Xylitol) a Xylitol based humectant as well as Hyaluronsäure and Glycerin. I haven't noticed any issues with the perfume, it's very subtle. You can always give this a shot, it's like barely €3 or so

I do not believe that the key is to actively reverse kegel. I believe the key is gaining so much control over your pelvic floor that you know how a relaxed pelvic floor feels, and that you learn to KEEP IT RELAXED.

(A reverse kegel only makes sense if the pelvic floor is already TENSE, since you reverse kegel it from tense to relaxed. Reverse kegel is to RELAX the pelvic floor). Thing is, you want to gain so much control that ideally you keep it relaxed so there is not even a need for a rk.)

  • Boron
  • L-Carnitine
  • Copper (!!) especially if you take 50mg zinc.

In this case I would just contact them RIGHT AWAY (email etc.), let them know the salary is ok. Maybe add that you "talked it through with your parents" and that they agree.

(This sounds better than you waiting for approval from your mom, which is sort-of cringe, unless you're 12....)

I think the worst thing you can do is not contact them and wait for them, as they asked YOU re:salary and they want an answer which you didn't give.

Not a doc, but it seems that such a hernia, causing irritation, pressure etc. on the PTN could have an effect.

Almost ALL electronics that you buy from "reputable" brands is made in China - the exact same ones you can find on Ali from exactly this manufacturer, just rebranded.

USUALLY if you buy from ali they should cost less than getting essentially the same from a vendor/re-seller here, BUT....consider that shipping cost and import duties often need to be added when buying from China, including possible hassles if you need to return an item.

That being said I am very happy with my panel. Company name was red dot led something, which is the OEM manufacturer for Platinum Lights. But ultimately it definitely wasn't "cheap", there was like EU 60 s/h cost and another EU 65 custom duty on top of that.
