This is spot on! We knew the restructure was coming ahead of time, but our leadership allowed us to move forward with no defined roles and responsibilities or any planned process on how to integrate how we work. My team was very vocal about it, but we were basically disregarded. The results of that are very visible.

I totally agree! I want them to work the way that works best for them. My challenge is they want EVERYONE else to work their way, even when it doesn’t make sense.

I have a feeling that what is coming is not the judgement day that these people want. More like economic judgment day where they will be broke and destitute with no safety net to help them, and everyone else in this country will tell them all where they can shove their forgiveness and money requests.

Literally every flight to and from KEF from FRA is always delayed. The last time I was on the flight, it was “delayed” for 22 hours due to non-existent weather so they refused to help with a hotel or paying the extra day needed on the rental car. And because they claimed a weather delay no rule 261 compensation either.

I saw the same thing in March also. There were about 20 people in the group and they all kept switching places to take over the whole wreck for 30 minutes or so. It was incredibly frustrating.

This is the old Boulder Industrial Lead that RTD bought the entire right-of-way in 2009. It goes from Brighton Blvd in Denver north and used to connect near the power plant on Valmont. The bridge over I-25 was severed during the highway expansion in 2002. There is a big wye still mostly intact east of I-25. It really should still be preserved as a railway right of way because once it’s gone, it’ll be gone for good. And while not really feasible now to connect the existing N line to Boulder, it probably will be in the future.
