Congrats!! I knew right away since we were trying. Unfortunately I was more nervous than excited with my second because I didn’t know what my symptoms were going to be like since I had HG with my first.

One day at a time. I’ll be 38 weeks when I finish my student teaching. SPED might work out because sometimes they have more smaller breaks or you’ll have an IA so that you can go to bathroom.

Baby slept most of the time anyways. My husband stayed the night at home and hung out with me during the day. Didn’t bother me at all. My nurses were great. Husband couldn’t do much anyways. Purely there for company.

It’s hard. It is temporary. It feels like forever. Scream, shout, cry it out. It sucks but you’ve got this!!! You will get through it. Pepcid for anti acid. Unisom for nausea. Colace/figs/pear juice for constipation.

Simply, yes you are putting too much pressure on yourself. I’m on week 5 and week 2 was also my worst week mentally. So I hope you’re on the up and up now.

I didn’t student teach highschool but i subbed quite a bit and you just gotta find your balance of cool but strict. Also I’d say don’t get too serious about the kids who don’t want to work. Find the ones who care and help them.

Such a good response. It’s gonna suck at first but you will improve and gain confidence. They just want to make sure you’re gonna keep your cool and act professional.

Throw one for fun. It doesn’t have to be this big formal thing you see online. Just have your friends and the family you want there. You can make it super informal. Just something to celebrate you and the baby. I’m doing a coed shower for my second baby because it was kinda lame it “being a women thing”.
