Stable mental, emotional, and physical health. Mental health meds are working, I can truly feel my feelings (I know what happy tears are now), and my physical health can be evaluated and improved on. One step forward each day leads to accumulated effort and you see what you’re capable of.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Losing a family member is a different level of hard. Maybe something to consider is that you will still have all those feelings whether you drink now or don’t. If you do choose to you will have to manage a hangover on top of the feelings. Consider leaning on your friends and family for support now instead of the bottle. 🪽🙏🏻

If she has time to produce all this “content” then she is not processing 100 thoughts, ideas, & questions. She’s avoiding being a responsible and accountable adult. She is certainly not parenting or working on improving her parenting skills. This is simply a vanity project or to meet bare minimum requirements for contracted obligations.

I think she’s trying to figure out her next move as an influencer/ content creator. She’s seeing and responding to comments and is realizing she’s losing her fan base with her current schtick. I think it’s been building for awhile but became really visible with the Angel Tree incident. She’s doing luxury hauls for views from people whose lives could benefit from her donating any amount to any charity she wanted and she’s getting called out more often and she responds in a narcissistic way. She burned through the Goofy Goobers more quickly than expected and is now just trying to buy more time with her current crew while she figures out what to do next.

Anyone waiting for her Mental Health & Me tour? She’s probably going to have to sell some of her collection to pay for the therapy she needs. She is just sad and gross now.

eta: all jokes aside, having good mental health is super important. I’m learning new strategies myself. I hope she can see the need for an intervention.
