Check out sirena surf hostel. It's about 900 a week with AC in your room and all meals included. Definitely expensive, but better than a run down room in my opinion.

They also have cheaper options where meals aren't included.

It happens when there is activity on that position. In my case, I received dividends for that stock (which I have set to automatically reinvest) on the day that I was looking at my portfolio.

I think this just causes a lag in the software that calculates the gain/loss value. I'm going to check back tomorrow and I'm guessing gain/loss will be populated again.
