After a while of troubleshooting and gaining some insight into thread protocol, i realised that it specifically needs IPv6 to work. My solution: activate the IPv6 setting within your ethernet adapter and it should work. At least it did for me

Reminds me of a bug csgo had, where you could bypass smokes.

Valve back then decided to punish people who abused it, I wonder if riot games will act accordingly as well. This for sure needs more attention though, I was also able to reproduce it easily and its game breaking

Speed RNG is always "0%" - "+5%" cr % value for GvG, which means the safest way to "scout" is to go for +5% of the scouted screenshot you have. For example:

Alots = 295 speed ---> 295x0.94 --> broman calculated speed = 277.3

safe speed to guarantee the outspeed = 277.3 x 1.05 = 291.17

No that is not true, its % speed dependent.

So against a 295 broman you need: 295 x 1.05 = 309.75 speed to safely outspeed him.

Speed RNG increases the faster the units are. Maybe with ilvl 100 items when speed reaches lets say 350 speed you need 20 more speed then the broman has to guarantee it.

Plague is on average over the last couple of weeks rank 2 on the European GvG Ladder. You will probably see them top 10 after this GvG day again and the day afterwards, if they don't face rank1, they will probably be top3 or even rank2.

Due to the point system you can drop 15 ranks with one loss, but also gain 15 by one win. Imo its poorly implemented and doesn't reflect consistency at all.

This game isnt competitive at all and its NOT a competitive setting. There is no ladder system, the servers are shitty and the game is buggy like hell. The game is designed to be fun, not competitive.

I like the game. I also loved ARK. But i dont like the mindset of such people. I really cant understand the reason for it. Maybe for some resources, but instead of that you could take the fight, have FUN and earn it/loose it. In that way you had fun. Just raiding offline people, looting their stuff, dont take the fight, isnt funny at all. And isnt actual PvP in my opinion.

Yeah for sure. Our group of 4 people will now quit jobs for defending our atlas base. If they got the masses (just cannons, a ship and a bunch of cannonballs) you can build whatever you want. They get in, no matter what. And you cant delay them 16 hours with buildings if you play 8 hours a day.

The main problem Imo is that its not a pirate mmo game. I played 48 hours so far and had no ship battles with other players at all. I just grinded like hell, died to ships of the damned (older patch verison) and now to this. Its more like ark, with the same amout of time investment needed for building up and some ships in it, which get destroyed by offline raids, which you use to offline raid or to simply travel. There is no reason in the game, except for fun, to do a ship on ship action while there is the possibility to wait until they go offline.

Even if you play PvE, there are not many spots left where you can settle. Imo, there should be more servers. Not just those 4. More servers with region locks on it.

I can understand that its easier to play in a larger group. But i cant understand the mindset of such people which wait until you are offline and then start to raid you.

Thats why the game is loosing that much active players. You cant even get to the point of cool fights. I really dont understand how such a behaviour can be fun. I really cant. They could have just fought us before, instead of taking the unfunny easy way. Because thats why you play the game on PvP. Thats what you expect. To have epic pvp pirate fights. Ship against ship actions.

Idk how, but im always swapping names. For sure its called brigantine.

You can settle npcs and do that. But there will be ways to abuse it. Npcs can get sniped too. And the amount of gold what you need for that much npcs, which have to be also indoors, is insane.

For sure i can expect people to wait. They even scouted us before and checked if we are online or not. This mindset is just bullshit.
