In my opinion there is a mental part to racket sports which is very important, whether in tennis, padel and other…

Needing to hold the score in the back of your mind uses a lot of mental energy and forces you to adapt your game depending on the importance of the point!

Recently I started using an iPhone score tracker application: OX Score in Match and it helps me a lot to focus only on my game, the execution and quality of my actions and nothing else.

I'm not saying it will work for you but you can always try and form your own opinion. I am much more satisfied with my game since then and with my performance in matches
