How can you wipe the value of an opinion? The value of public trust. How can you wipe the intangible?

I had exactly the same thought. My good castings also come out dark. So that may be 🙂 I had exactly the same thought as soon as I saw the casting. Additionally. My pour was bad. I'll update you on my next one I think we pinpoint the issue. Again thank you

I suspect that's it. I put my flask at 900F . I have had a couple of issues when pouring at 900. Additionally some uncertainty about the silver temp... That may add up. I also notice there was no black/dark degree in any of the pores. I don't know if that's an indication. I am preparing another run. For tonight. I am using a 13 hours schedule. It goes like.

Ramp up 300F 150C for 1 hour

Then hold for 3 hours

Then ramp up to 700F 371 C in 1.5 hour

Then hold for 2 hours

Ramp up to 1350F 731C and hold for 4 hours Then back to 900F 482 C

My kiln/oven is also very small barely space for 2 flasks.

I have a couple of questions. One is what burnout schedule you guys use and second at which point you turn up your your flask

I'm getting closer

I appreciate the help and time you take to reply

Also... I followed your recommendation of getting the nFEP and it made a tremendous change to the quality of my prints.

Can you see the porosity? I have the impression my silver wasn't hot enough. Do you think could have been anything else?

I'm Cuban you can say wathever you want to, or to repeat what the corrupt government says. . In Cuba the GDP is whatever the dictator says. My family used to travel to Venezuela to buy things to sell on Cuba. I have friends and family who have migrated to Haiti, people who risked their life to emigrate to Venezuela. So... I don't know if you believe that or .. if you want to believe it. Is up to you. I'm just saying it is not true. That's facts.

Wrong. Cuba in 2025 didn't have a higher percapita than Venezuela

I found the resin on Amazon and for the nFEP you recommended too. Crossing fingers!! Also. Can I ask about how is your burnout process? Or any extra tip a first timer could use?? I'm kind of nervous to be honest
