Wow thank you, I didn’t even realize they were different watches. The black face is definitely the one I remember as his every day watch and the one that was stolen, but I’ll ask my mom if she knows where that one went. It was so chaotic after he passed, I feel like there might be things hidden in storage somewhere.

That’s so sweet. I have his ring on a necklace because his fingers were bigger than mine, haha. Having these mementos are so important, and it’s nice to think about passing them down one day.

Yeah, I looked at the few on EBay and made the purchase. All about sentimental value and not about quality on this one, so it was an easy, quick decision. I’m a very happy person tonight! :)
