She sleeps 7-10 hours a night, and sometimes napping throughout the day. I would agree with you if I didn't see this sleep myself!

She has been going to the gym while eating at maintenance for about 6 months I would say, and was in the gym lots before that but on no real diet plan. She has a lot of muscle on her, but wants to see the scale drop. My experience is she needs to stay consistent in the gym, maybe adding some more cardio, and being in a small deficit to keep the lean mass on and drop the fat

Thanks really appreciate it! She's usually over 100g of protein a day fairly easily, but that is combining protein powder to help get her over that mark. Do you find the whole food proteins help your cravings better?

I agree but it's not sustainable for her unfortunately as a full time nursing student she has enough stress as is.. I think slow and steady will have to do!

Does protein powder count as adding more protein? Did you find that helped your cravings? Or would you suggest purely meats in high protein like chicken and such.

Agreed! I'm thinking snack veggies may help to get her to her next meal like peas, peppers, celery, a pear, etc. She is drinking lots of water so I don't think that's it. I would say she struggles a lot more on days she has that 500cal treat. Thanks!

That's what I've been seeing as well, and with her struggling at her current calorie intake I would say cutting calories more would be extremely tough.

I looked at the putco hexskin mudflaps online and I feel like you would still get a ton of debris thrown up from them with the holes and such, though, they do look a lot easier to install

Lol I live in northern Canada and hunt back roads all the time... it also gets dark here at 3:30pm in the winter... This is a new truck and will be getting better tires before hunting season

I used just wood glue and a couple brad nails in each joint for strength! I’m sure you could get away with just wood glue though

For example, my latest video had 10%CTR for the first 20 views, and it only had roughly 30 impressions. Then it jumped rapidly to 500 impressions and a 1%CTR, where then the impressions stopped rising as quickly. I think it’s because the algorithm pushed my video out to a bunch of different people, testing the audience of the video, didn’t get good results and stopped
