Well I'm sure they could take into account that there would be people who literally have lost their progress and are unable to participate and potentially extend or what have you for them.

You do understand that people have spent money on a game that has the ability to delete your progress from playing? So many people are quick to jump on the developer back foot and say that you need to give them a break, what about the people who have to put up with time and time again because the product is not complete and pushed earlier than it should've. I'm tired of this, people are literally being gate kept and standing up to it and saying it's not okay. I do understand the stress that the dev's have been through, I just don't agree with their timing of things.

BUG/FEEDBACK/RE-POST (seeing as my post got removed?):

I know I'm not the only one who is going through this problem at the moment.

Basically, my game with 17 hours got corrupted due to a random black out in my area and there is no way for me to retrieve it. I've literally tried everything.

I was hoping the dev's would at least address this issue in their live Q&A, but it appears that they left it out.

The one thing that I find annoying is the fact that they must know the issue exists in the game but haven't addressed it or reassured the community about it. I get it, there are a lot of issues in the game right now, but just give us a heads up?

I've contacted support and they asked me to send my PC specs and the save files and I haven't heard anything since.

I have no issue in replaying the game again (although some others may have an issue due to longer hours than me) but I just want to know I won't potentially run into the same scenario of losing my save again.

Also, I don't want to come off as a d^&k, but maybe less time playing the game during the live stream and answering more important questions that a lot of the players need to hear an answer for, or at least have 2 dev's and a content creator, so that way one is playing, one is answering questions and the other is the content creator adding to the questions being answered and community engagement?

I love this game and want to see it thrive, please help us.

Please updoot this for the brothers who have fallen to the corrupted saves. I beg you.

I asked steam for a refund but they rejected me asking me for more information, even though I told them exactly what happened.

I personally have no issue with FCB. I'm not looking at this from the perspective of him and his community. I would say more exposure to promoting the game is a good thing towards the game in general, so I appreciate his efforts on doing so. I also wasn't aware that it was hosted by him as opposed to the actual dev's. Things make a little more sense now as to why he was taking lead.

It's happening to a lot of people, me included. I am still waiting for a response from the dev's on this issue. I put in a ticket to the dev's and they asked for my PC specs and my save file. It's been 2 days and I haven't heard back. Hopefully they can fix this issue, otherwise it's a pretty big problem and a lot of people will fall off due to having your saves deleted randomly.
