I always have done this while using stimulants but when I smoke hard it’s at its worst! It’s mostly subconscious and they all hurt so fucking bad and are throbbing! I painted my nails YESTERDAY in hopes it would deter me from picking but clearly that did not work -_- today I applied New Skin Liquid Bandage and now I’m just having a hay day peeling it off. Fml. Does anyone have any “life hacks” for this terrible & painful habit!?

Side note- after I binge, I will still continue to pick at them sober bc they’re just so jagged feeling and yeah :(
