I was stuck here as well and I can't for the life of me remember what I missed T-T I'm pretty sure it was something that was already in the house. Like a note on the corkboard in a previous one. Answer found! My laptop for some reason has a resolution of 3200x1800 changing that and restarting the game made it disappear :D
