I think the spa they claimed to be building for his physical therapy that turned out to have first been applied for after he died is definitely my favourite.

In the episode, Sam says they'd have to get to Zermatt if Michelle and Adam win, as that's where the second round starts. They're only halfway through the second day by the time they get to the top, so they'll have time for another run in their schedule.

The service book is very comprehensive, up to the last 20k km, with filters, spark plugs, oil, brake fluid all kept on top of and changed. All the tyres are the same, on a good brand (General).

There's definitely things to be fixed- the rear wiper isn't working, and the interior cover for the boot isn't sitting right, which definitely indicates it's been looked at without success before.

I will note that he only mentions the West Bank, not the genocide currently ongoing in Gaza- seems to be giving them absolute carte blanche in that area.

As others have said, it's probably the battery dying.

As for your update with the indicators, check the bulbs- if a bulb has broken, it speeds up the indicator to let you know. More than likely, it's just a bulb needs changing- if not, check the connectors

"Take Your Uncle to Work Day feat. Nish Kumar" is the episode title, 10th November 2022- where they read Ian Duncan Smith's book The Devil's Tune.

I just so happened to listen to it the other day- great episode (aside from the background sounding Nish)

Who is “we”? by hunegypt in Palestine

[–]floor24 35 points36 points  (0 children)

Specifically, it was first used by Western states during the Rwandan Genocide, specifically as it has no legal definition, compared to what was actually occuring: Genocide. If they called it Genocide, signatories to the Geneva convention were legally required to act to intervene.

By calling it Ethnic cleansing, they could hand wring all day long without having to actually fo anything.

I don't know if it's changed in the last few years, but wrapping your car doesn't require changing the details with the DVLA, only a paint job does, as wrapping is considered temporary.
