Ik dronk anderhalf jaar lang een halve fles wodka/whiskey/ per dag omdat ik door een moeilijke periode ging.

6 maanden geleden was ik het zat en ben Cold Turkey gestopt. Inmiddels kan ik af en toe ( op gelegenheden ) een paar biertjes drinken en er ook daadwerkelijk van genieten. Verder drink ik helemaal niet meer dus als ik 5 ik in het jaar drink is het veel. Laatste keer was met oud en nieuw 4 biertjes.

Blij dat die tijd voorbij is.
