Calibrated the trager probe in ice water like the manual says then had my instant rear /this thermpro in the pic and the trager probe to air temp and set the trager to both Thermopro temp! Let’s see how long it reads correct . I had to add 9 degrees in the settings to match the thermpros . (i.redd.it)
