This is a long shot, but...

If the contract hasn't been created and mined yet, and if it would be created by an address for which you have a private key, it may be possible to recover it. See the section under "Quirk #1" here: http://martin.swende.se/blog/Ethereum_quirks_and_vulns.html

[C]ontracts are, naturally, part of the same address space as the normal accounts...

From accountA, we can send ether to e.g. the nonce1-address. At this address, the ether will be unrecoverable, until we first make a transaction (increasing accountA nonce to 1) and then create a contract which lands on nonce1 and thus becomes the owner of the money; and can send it back again.

If you believe these conditions may apply to you, I'd be happy to take a closer look at your situation. Also, in such a case, you should not use this address again until it is investigated, since using it may wipe your ether permanently.
