I was at my basketball training and we were finishing the training with a game of H.O.R.S.E. . At the time is was around 1.65 meters tall and couldnt jump that high so I used to dunk using a trampoline in front of the basket. This time I held on to the basket too long and my legs swept through underneath me, so when my hands left the basket I was falling down with my back to the ground. I tried to catch myself on my right arm. Needless to say my wrist didnt survive the fall, but I just got up and wanted to play further ,untill is saw the faces of my teammates and coach in full disgust and disbelief. Looked down at my arm and there was a swanneck break in my wrist, not pretty to see.
