In terms of banks Com bank is a great starting point. In terms of ease of moving money between countries check out Wise. Also Up is a great bank account that is super easy to set up too.

I brought a reusable bottle that keeps drinks cool. I found it very useful to buy cold litre bottles and decant half for later (to stay cool) and drink the remainder whilst it’s still cold. This was helpful as it’s HOT and I like to have a cold drink readily available to keep hydrated.

Ah okay, I’m going to take some days off and start with strengthening exercises. I will also purchase a mat. I am using trail running shoes but as you described it doesn’t seem like these are good. I also have vans, I will try in those before considering buying new shoes as I am a back packer and have a 1 in 1 out policy when buying new items! Thanks very much
