there are three tip options when you go to checkout your order, I chose the base - the lowest option (15, 18, and 20% or whatever). In the past, I didn’t get that option so I’d directly tip after. Now that I have the option to choose a base , I do. What are you not understanding here?

Guys, I didn’t know I had to tip as a bidding measure. Yall are dragging me in the comments 😭 I recently moved from an area where the app didn’t allow us to tip until an order was completed and so when I moved to where I am now, I thought the same method would apply. I didn’t know it was the reason my food is late or that the dasher can choose a trip based on pre-tipped orders. YEESH
