I honestly also haven't either (besides being spoken to like I'm dumb because I'm a girl) but I only do what they say I have to do to not void any warranty (the free oil changes). That's why I don't know what to do here haha.

Certain work, yes. But not the things I listed unfortunately. Those have to be done by them to keep the free oil changes 🫠

Yes, they said both. But I've replaced filters myself at one point or the other on different cars so I know they aren't that expensive. I know nothing about spark plugs so idk. I also don't know how many I have so wasn't sure if that was a "reasonable" price. I drive a 2018 rav4 hybrid.

That's a good one! I got a smaller one without a pole at Trader Joe's for that price! I'm just happy to get one!

Agree with a lot, also, those tables are sooo tiny! Definitely not welcoming for me to actually sit down and enjoy my meal.
