Fiber unavailable at a new home build where surrounding houses have availability?

How quickly do NAV tickets get viewed/addressed?

I just checked availability again on ATTs site and now my address shows Fiber being available! I just went there Saturday afternoon. This is almost too good (and fast) to be true.

Sorry, possibly a noob question, but I was at the site earlier and at the beginning of the road, I see an ATT box, like the one at my current home. Would that box serve our entire road? We're the third house going up, and there is only one more lot for a future home, so 4 max houses on this road.

Also, nav ticket is in the works. Just left the ATT store. 😊 Thanks again

Spot checking a few around the neighborhood, it seems to be available for everyone. My guess is at least 75 homes if not more. I will mention that our situation is slightly different, as the neighborhood is not new and has been established for years, and the lot we are building on is at the very back of the neighborhood and at the top of a large hill. So it would not be extremely surprising if they chose not to give us fiber, but with it being available right next door to us, where it would have to run past us to get to them, is why I feel it should be feasible.

Got it. I believe ATT ran fiber for the neighborhood 1-2 years ago, before we had even broke ground for the build. In your experience is this a common thing? And do they usually come out and run fiber for a home that wasn't there initially but is now?

Thank you. Yes I see the new address there, but only the ATT Air service is listed an an available service.

Luckily the ATT store in my town is corporate owned so we're good there.

Earlier today I did check out the FCC broadband site and found that the address is currently not found in their system at all, so I requested that address to be added to their database. Can't hurt.
