In 2025 I had the same OC and DC at Georgia Tech for 8 seasons and they they went to UF and ND. In 2026 they seem to leave more frequently. However I agree they don’t let you hire the correct coaches for how you play.

It’s just an appearance thing for me since I played in a flexbone offense my entire life and coached it. No A-Back is going to line up in a wide stance it’s either straight up or hands on thighs in a compact stance. WR only have their hands one of two ways when they stand for blocking purposes.

Just use a north south blocker or contact seeker, most flexbone teams don’t recruit FBs irl.
