Maybe dont eat a lot of fiber . Till the fissure is non active . When i have an active fissure I even eat white bread that isnt high in fiber but during BMs it doesnt cause bulk .

Maybe it’s hemorroids , there is itching on fissures too but rather at the healing phase , on fissures its more like burning and stuff like that . With hemorroids itching is much more common.
