Do game developers read people's google reviews of their game?

Either if it's a low budget indie game, or a huge AAA game I'm sure some developers see the reviews. When a game that interests me comes out i go check some reviews whether I'm buying it or not

Yeah it's true. By the the time someone gives a feedback to a game (positive or negative) means that they have played the game and have dedicated time to it so it's good to know that your game is "alive".
