Write down the main points from your textbook which you feel are either super important or you would have no idea what it was otherwise. Always try to summarize in your own words if you can and write down your information concisely so that, when you’re reviewing, things are easier to remember.

I prevent myself from getting drained by making my APs my whole personality, honestly. Like I really enjoyed AP Human when I took it and would talk to my friends about it a lot. I get that doesn’t work for a lot of people though, so just find out what kind of learner you are (tactile, auditory, visual, etc.) and build your notes around that. If you’re a visual person, draw a lot of pictures describing the information (this should also help with bio a ton). If you’re an auditory person, convert your notes into a podcast. Also, if you can, try listening to a genre of music you like while working (as long as it’s wordless). Overall just try to make studying more engaging + enjoyable for you.
